What This Data Means — Client Selection Logic 

  • Type K → furnaces, boilers, incinerators (best at 600–1100°C, oxidation resistant). 
  • Type J → oil heaters, mild steel lines, heat exchangers (up to 750 °C, not for oxidizing atmospheres). 
  • Mineral insulation → superior durability at high temperature & vibration zones. 
  • Choose ungrounded junction for noisy electrical environments (VFD-based blowers, heaters). 
  • Use thermowell where frequent removal/calibration is needed under pressure or corrosive gases.
